´´...Hind you!... Hind you! Señor´´. Jovial shouts and enthusiastic laughter amidst a peach-colored morning sky provide the backdrop for MUY GRANDE and fast action dove shooting. Both Mourning and White Wing Doves are plentiful.

Exclusive hunting areas consist primarily of wheat, corn and sorghum fields, orchards and vineyards are also occasionally productive. Upon arrival in the field, each hunter is assigned a birdboy throughout his/her visit.

While the hunter is in field, the palomero is responsible for carrying cartridges and refreshments, retrieving birds and satisfying any other request. Owners are certified and bilingual and always accompany each group. They are responsible for organizing the hunt.
